Wonderfully
Made Therapy

Every child is unique — and we’re here to help them shine.

Our therapy sessions are thoughtfully designed to support each child’s individual strengths and needs. We focus on highlighting their gifts and abilities while helping them grow, thrive, and reach new developmental heights.

Pediatric Therapy Services

We specialize in Physical Therapy for children with developmental, neurological, and physical needs.

Weekly Physical therapy (PT) sessions are available immediately for families seeking 1:1 support. Additional services — including occupational therapy (OT), speech therapy (ST), applied behavior analysis (ABA), tutoring, and other specialized supports — will be added as we continue to grow. If you're interested in these services, we’d be happy to place you on our waiting list.

Therapy services require a physician’s referral and are scheduled outside of Open Play hours. Please note that therapy follows a separate booking process from our recreational classes.

Important Note: Therapy sessions are not recreational and are billed separately. A formal evaluation is required before beginning services. We are currently accepting only cash-based payments and can provide superbills for families to present to their insurance for possible reimbursement.

Therapy Intensives Coming Soon!

Each intensive will combine a mix of traditional therapy approaches with techniques such as DMI, rebound trampoline therapy, intense gait training and tuning, and other creative play-based strategies to increase motivation. These sessions are energetic, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique goals and needs.

Please contact us directly to inquire about current availability, schedule an evaluation, or join our interest list for upcoming services and intensives.

One-on-One Sessions

With Dr. Alex

Alex offers a limited number of individualized therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on caregiver involvement and real-world carryover. These sessions are rooted in evidence-based principles of neuroplasticity and repetition, and are designed to help families bridge the gap between clinical strategies and daily life.

Rather than isolating therapy to a private room, Alex’s approach mirrors the open gym, group-based model she used while working at the nation’s top-ranked rehabilitation hospital. Sessions take place in our naturalistic play environment, allowing for:

  • Hands-on coaching for parents and caregivers during real interactions

  • Opportunities to practice home exercise programs in a meaningful, supportive space

  • Sensory-friendly accommodations (noise-reducing headphones, calm-down areas)

While therapy sessions focus on individualized goals, children become familiar with the environment and have opportunities to sign up for classes, open play, and participate in real-world type play settings to improve carryover of skills.

We believe therapy should not only support the child but also empower the family — helping caregivers become confident guides in their child’s development.

Our mission extends beyond therapy: we also want to help all children learn to connect across differences, fostering empathy, friendship, and inclusion — for kids who receive therapy services and those who don’t.

Alex is currently taking 1:1 sessions, which can be booked directly through AllwonderBILITY.

We are currently accepting only cash-based payments and can provide superbills for families to present to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
