This parent-child class nurtures early gross motor and fine motor development in a joyful and inclusive environment. Activities include crawling, climbing, walking, and swinging—supported by sensory play, art, music, and obstacle courses.

Parents actively participate, learning how to support their child’s movement journey in and out of class.

Whether your child is just beginning to explore movement or needs support reaching milestones, our experienced instructors meet each “nestling” where they are. Inclusion is our foundation—every child is celebrated.

Preschoolers develop key gross motor and fine motor skills through playful movement adventures, imaginative obstacle courses, sensory play and art, and social interaction.

We emphasize balance, jumping, climbing, and coordination, while gently integrating individualized strategies for children with motor delays.

All children are supported in our inclusive, safe space—designed to help every fledgling grow in independence and soar at their own pace.

This Stay - and-Play Yoga Class is led by Danielle Watson, our Little Souls Gab and Flow yoga instructor and licensed speech therapist. Children will enjoy 30 minutes of breath work, movement, and yoga designed to support body awareness, regulation, and confidence. After yoga, families can enjoy 45 minutes of Open Play, where parents supervise while children explore our play space.

Children participate independently in the yoga portions unless they need extra assistance - parents are always welcome to support as needed.

On occasions, this class may be led by a qualified pediatric PT or OT, ensuring your child is always supported by an experienced developmental specialist.
