This parent-child class nurtures early gross-motor and fine-motor development in a joyful and inclusive environment. Activities include crawling, climbing, walking, and swinging—supported by sensory play, art, music, and playful obstacle courses.

Parents actively participate, learning how to support their child’s movement journey both during class and at home. Whether your child is just beginning to explore movement or building confidence in new skills, each “nestling” is met where they are. Inclusion is our foundation—every child is celebrated.

A confidence-building movement class supporting balance, coordination, motor skills, and independence for ages 18 to 48 months.

Develop key gross-motor and fine-motor skills through playful movement adventures, imaginative obstacle courses, sensory play, art, and social interaction.

Classes emphasize walking, balance, jumping, climbing, and coordination in a supportive and encouraging environment. Children are guided as they build confidence, independence, and peer connections—while moving at their own pace.

All children are supported in our inclusive, safe space, designed to help every fledgling grow and soar.

All Ages & Abilities Class (All Ages, 12 months+, Caregiver Present for non-potty trained children under 3 and those who require additional support in class). Independent participation is allowed for children3+ who are potty trained.

A welcoming, station-based class for children of all abilities and mixed ages to explore, move, and create at their own pace. With a variety of playful stations and gentle guidance throughout, children are free to engage in ways that feel natural to them - making it a wonderful option for siblings and families seeking a flexible, inclusive experience. 

Led by two therapists who thoughtfully adapt activities and offer support to meet each child where they are.
